How fast can you deliver?
Standard decks take 3–7 working days depending on length. Genuinely urgent work, like an executive deck needed for Monday, is something we plan capacity for. Tell us the real deadline and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Do you work in our corporate template and guidelines?
Yes, precisely and gladly. Guideline-compliant presentation work for corporations like Shell is one of our core services. Your brand team will find nothing to correct.
Will the files be editable by our team?
Always. We deliver native PowerPoint files with proper master layouts, standard fonts handled correctly, and no fragile hacks. Built so your team can update content without breaking the design.
How do you handle confidential content?
Board and strategy decks are confidential by nature. We sign NDAs as standard, protect accounts with two-factor authentication, work over VPN, and restrict file access to the designers on the job. We also follow your internal security policies: your preferred transfer tools are our transfer tools, and anything your IT does not allow, public WeTransfer links or personal Google accounts included, is off the table for us too. Material is deleted or archived per your policy after delivery.
How is presentation work priced?
Single decks are quoted per project, based on slide count and content complexity, with a fixed quote within one working day of the brief. Recurring presentation work is usually covered by a design support package with a monthly pool of hours, starting from €3,000 per month; corporates with steady deck volume get considerably more value that way.
